9:00 am - Sunday School for all ages
10:15 am - Worship Service
What is your Worship Service like?
Our worship is a mixture of traditional and new. We sing hymns and praise songs and have a praise team. We include children in the service each week with a "Story on the Steps" or Kids Church. The Bible is the basis for all sermons and teachings. You will find our pastor, Grayson Daganaar, to be young and dynamic with a deep knowledge and understanding of the Bible.
What's your congregation like?
Our congregation is a multi-generational congregation. We have members who are over 90 years old and also have young families with children. We call ourselves "A Family Sharing Life in Christ." We invite you to stay for fellowship time after church where you will see the connection our members have.
What should I wear?
Wear what you're comfortable wearing! We have people who wear t-shirts and jeans and also people who wear ties and dresses. What you wear isn't important. We are just happy you're here!
Who's your pastor?
Our pastor is Grayson Daganaar. You can learn more about him by going to our Church Staff page under the "Who Are We" tab. You can watch his sermons on our YouTube channel by clicking here.
What do you believe?
We are part of the Covenant Denomination. The two questions we ask are Where is it written? and How goes your walk? The Bible guides our theology, conduct, and mission. We also believe that our relationship with Jesus is ongoing. You can learn more about our beliefs under the "Who We Are" tab. You can read more about the Covenant Denomination by clicking here.
Can I take Communion?
All who know Jesus as Savior and Lord are welcome to receive the Bread and the Cup, whether or not you are a member of this congregation.
Are there ways to get involved?
Yes! One of the best ways to get to know people is to stay after church for fellowship time. There are many ways to be involved in our church. We offer Small Group Bible Studies throughout the year, Women's Bible Studies, social events, and have many Ministry Teams that help with different aspects of the church. We always need Praise Team members, Tech Team to help on Sunday mornings, nursery supervisors, and many other volunteers. Check out the "Get Involved" tab.
Are there ways for kids to get involved?
Yes! We have Sunday School, Wednesday Night activities, an after-school program, VBS, Youth Led Worship Services, and other events. Click on our "Get Involved" tab. Also, talk to Jen Pearson, our Director of Children and Youth.
Are small children welcome in church?
Absolutely! We love children at P-Cov. On Sundays we alternate a Story on the Steps and Kids Church. We often have little girls dancing to the music and crumbs in the pews. Without children, our church will die. We do offer a nursery if you prefer to worship without your young children. The nursery volunteers undergo background checks.
Is your church accessible to those with disabilities?
When the new Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary were built, one of the priorities was to have no steps so anyone can worship here. Our ushers are great at assisting people in and out of vehicles and in our building. We also have devices to enhance the sound for those who need it. Just stop at the Tech desk.
