Our lead Pastor is Grayson Daganaar. Before coming to P-Cov, Pastor Grayson was the Youth Pastor at Community Covenant Church in Kearney, MO. Pastor Grayson grew up in the Covenant Church and heard God's call to ministry. He responded to his call by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from MidAmerica Nazarene University, followed by a Master of Divinity with a Certificate in Biblical Languages. Pastor Grayson's ministry experience includes developing curriculum for children, youth, and adults, leading youth and family ministries, college ministries. He is passionate about preaching, teaching, and developing leaders in Christ's church.

Pastor Grayson and his wife, Katherine grew up in the Kansas City area. . They have three fun, loving and energetic kids. They enjoy taking walks with their kids and dogs, going on road trips, playing games and watching movies. Pastor Grayson also loves hiking, fishing and sports.  Above all, they love to share time with friends over good food and coffee.  

Jen has been on the Children and Youth team for years and helped with Junior High and High School Youth Groups.  She took over the role of Children and Youth Director in January 2016.  She plans activities for the youth, maintains relationships, coordinates Mission Trips and other trips, and oversees all youth activities in the church.  

Jen is from Manson, where she previously taught 3rd grade.  She is married to Mark Pearson who farms.  She likes biking and spending time with her children, Brian (and wife Leah) and Natalie.

Melanie Hardman has served as our Praise Team leader since May 2019.  She grew up attending our church and has always taken an active role in music ministry as well as youth ministry. She loves to Worship the Lord through music by singing or playing the piano and guitar. 

Melanie graduated from Iowa State University and is the Program Director at Twin Lakes Bible Camp along with her part time role here at P-Cov. 

Shari taught HS English at Pocahontas until her retirement in 2021.  In addition to working in the church office, Shari is part of the Tech Team that makes it possible for those at home to enjoy our services. 

Shari also works as a lead cook at Twin Lakes Bible Camp.  When she isn't working, you can find her watching Twins baseball or walking her dogs.  

 Shari is married to Craig Nesbitt and is the mother of two daughters -- Melanie (yes the Worship Leader), and Lynette.

Dean and Linda do a million things around the church to make sure it is clean and ready for worship, activities, and guest use. 

When they aren't at church doing something amazing, they enjoy following their grandchildren in their activities.
